With a background in fintech, strategic operations, and cross-border systems, she has led finance and business operations in high-growth environments. Her work increasingly connects Chinese companies exploring Latin America with the operational and financial realities of the region, while engaging fintech, financial institutions, and investors across Hong Kong and LATAM. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the Pacific (Peru), is a registered CPA in Lima, and has passed CFA Level I.
Con experiencia en fintech, operaciones estratégicas y sistemas transfronterizos, ha liderado finanzas y operaciones de negocio en entornos de alto crecimiento. Su trabajo conecta cada vez más a empresas chinas que exploran América Latina con las realidades operativas y financieras de la región, y con el ecosistema fintech, financiero y de inversión de Hong Kong y LATAM. Es licenciada en Administración de Negocios y Contabilidad por la Universidad del Pacífico (Perú), CPA registrada en Lima, y ha aprobado el Nivel I del CFA.
